摘　　要：从环境影响评价制度角度出发,通过对比中美两国环境影响评价制度立法目的、评价审查主体、审查程序及审查内容,分析中国与美国环境影响评价制度之间的差异,了解中国环境影响评价制度存在的不足,从而更好地服务于环境影响评价的实践工作。From the perspective of the environmental impact assessment system, this paper analyzed the differences of the environmental impact assessment system between Chinese and American by comparing the legislative purpose, evaluation review subject, review procedures and the review content so as to understand the defects of the system in China and better serve the practical work of environmental impact assessment.
