摘　　要：利用省级面板数据,采用阈值面板数据模型研究公共卫生投入与健康绩效之间的非线性关系。结果表明,我国公共卫生支出的健康绩效随着经济的发展存在两个阈值效应,随着收入水平的逐渐上升,公共卫生支出的健康绩效逐渐下降,甚至出现不利的影响。因此,针对不同收入水平地区,政府应执行差异化的卫生投入政策,并加大对中西部落后地区的医疗卫生投入。Based on the provincial panel data, the nonlinear relationship between the public health investment and health performance has been studied using the threshold panel data model. The results show that with the development of economy, there are two threshold effects on health performance of the public health expenditure; with the gradual increase of income levels, health performance of public health expenditure decreases gradually, even appearing negative influence. Therefore, the government should implement differentiated health investment policies according to the different income level, and increase health care investment in the central and western areas.
