摘 要:目的研究赶黄草Penthorum chinense地上部分的化学成分。方法利用大孔吸附树脂、聚酰胺、硅胶和凝胶等柱色谱、制备薄层色谱、液相色谱等多种色谱方法对其进行分离和纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从赶黄草醋酸乙酯部分分离和鉴定了9个黄酮类化合物:6'-羟基-2'-甲氧基二氢查耳酮-4'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、山柰酚(2)、槲皮素(3)、槲皮苷(4)、广寄生苷(5)、阿福豆苷(6)、绣线菊苷(7)、乔松素-7-O-[4",6"-(S)-六羟基联苯二酰基]-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、乔松素-7-O-[3"-O-没食子酰基-4",6"-(S)-六羟基联苯二酰基]-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为赶黄草苷,化合物5~7为首次从该属植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of Penthorum chinense. Methods The compounds were isolated and repeatedly purified by column chromatography over macroperous resin, polyamide, silica gel, and Sephadex LH-20, preparative TLC, and preparative RP-HPLC. Their structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analyses. Results Nine flavonoids were isolated and identified as 6'-hydroxy-2'-methoxy-dihydrochalcone-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), kaempferol (2), qercetin (3), quercitrin (4), avicularin (5), afzelin (6), helicin (7), pinocernbrin-7-O-[4″,6″-(S)-hexahydroxydiphenoyl]-13-D- glucoside (8), and pinocembrin-7-O-β-O-galloyl-4″,6″-(S)-hexahydroxydiphenoyl]-β-D-glucoside (9). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new dihydrochalcone and named penchinoside. Compounds 5--7 are isolated from genus Penthorum Gronov. ex L.for the first time.
