生长抑素对老年术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者炎性因子及胃肠功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨生长抑素对老年术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者炎性因子及胃肠功能的影响。方法选择2014年2月至2015年7月收治的98例老年早期炎性肠梗阻患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各49例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组联合生长抑素施他宁治疗,比较两组治疗后临床疗效、胃肠功能、炎性因子等。结果观察组总有效率(91.84%)明显高于对照组(73.47%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.555,P<0.05);肛门恢复排气、腹部症状缓解、肠鸣音恢复、治愈的时间均明显短于对照组(t=3.382、4.786、4.516、4.868,P<0.05);血清C-反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子、白细胞介素-6水平明显低于对照组(t=7.492、8.723、8.253,P<0.05)。结论联合生长抑素治疗有助于促进老年术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者胃肠功能恢复,减少肠道炎性反应,提高临床治疗效果。Objective To study the impact of somatostatin on inflammatory factors and gastrointestinal function in elderly patients with early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction.Methods Ninety-eight elderly patients with early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction in our hospital form February 2014 to July 2015 were selected and divided into the control group and observation group according to the random number table method,49 cases in each group.The control group was given the conventional treatment,while the observation group was combined with the therapy of somatostatin Stilamin.Then the clinical curative effect,gastrointestinal function and inflammatory cytokines were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.84%,which was significantly higher than 73.47%in the control group（χ2=4.555,P〈0.05）;the anal exhaust recovery,abdominal symptoms relief,bowel sounds recovery and cure time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group（t=3.382,4.786,4.516,4.868,P〈0.05）;serum CRP,TNF-αand IL-6levels were significantly lower than those in the control group（t=7.492,8.723,8.253,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The somatostatin combined therapy conduces to recover the gastrointestinal function,reduces the intestinal inflammatory reaction and improves clinical curative effect.
