摘 要:我国煤炭资源储量相对丰富且石油资源短缺,开展煤化工的研究对于缓解石油紧缺问题具有重大意义。等离子体裂解煤制乙炔新技术较传统工艺具有环保、节能、效率高等多种优势,是乙炔制备未来的发展趋势。文中通过介绍近几年煤等离子裂解制乙炔技术的机理研究进展,同时对该新技术的设备研发、降结焦技术、节能降耗3个关键技术来对该技术存在的关键问题展开综述并进行总结,指出了目前煤炭等离子体制乙炔技术还存在着部分问题尚未完全解决,未来该新工艺的节能降耗和设备大型化等发展趋势。Acetylene as an important chemical raw materials,can be used to produce polyvinyl chloride,vinyl acetate and others chemical products. China is a country with relatively abundant coal reserves and shortage of petroleum resources,the research of coal chemical industry with great significance,help to ease the oil shortage.Compared with the traditional technology,the new technology of plasma pyrolysis of coal is the trend of acetylene preparation with many advantages,such as environmental protection,energy saving and high efficiency. The mechanism of coal plasma pyrolysis of acetylene technology was introduced in recent years,the existing three key issues for the development of technology, for the research and development of equipment, reducing coking technology,save energy and reduce the cost,were reviewed and summarized. Pointed out that the current problem existing in coal acetylene plasma technology,saving energy and reducing consumption,and large-scale equipment would be the development trend of this technology.
