摘 要:以页岩油为原料油,以Mo-Ni/Al2O3为加氢催化剂,利用固定床加氢反应装置对页岩油加氢改质的氢耗进行了研究。将加氢反应分为杂原子脱除、烯烃和芳烃饱和、环烷烃开环和加氢裂化3类反应,通过分析原料油与产物的性质组成,计算各项反应化学氢耗量。结果表明,在进料量为50 g/h、温度为380℃、压力为8.0 MPa、体积空速为1.5 h-1、氢油体积比为600∶1的条件下,杂原子脱除、烯烃和芳烃饱和、环烷烃开环和加氢裂化3类反应平均氢耗量占总化学氢耗量分别为11.38%,56.51%,32.10%。在2种不同工况条件下计算出的理论总氢耗(物理氢耗为0.140 1 g/h)分别为2.422 1,2.811 6 g/h,与实测氢耗量相比,误差分别为4.64%,4.04%。With shale oil as raw oil, with Mo - Ni/ Al2L3 as hydrogenation catalyst, hydrogen consumption of shale oil hydrogenation modification was in- vestigated in a fixed -bed hydrogenation reaction unit. The hydrogenation was divided into three reactions : heteroatom removal, olefins and aromatics sat- uration, ring - opening of cycloalkanes and hydrocracking. The hydrogen consumption of each reaction was calculated by analyzing properties of raw oil and products. The results showed that under the condi- tions of feeding rate 50 g/h, temperature 380 ℃, pressure 8.0 MPa, hourly space velocity 1.5 h -1, hydrogen to oil volume ratio 600: 1, the average hy-drogen consumption accounted for 11.38% , 56.51% ,32.10% respectively of the total chemical hydrogen consumption in heteroatom removal, olefins and aromatics saturation, ring - opening of cycloalkanes and hydrocracking reactions. Under the two different operation conditions, the theoretical total hydrogen consumption (physical hydrogen consumption 0. 140 1 g/h) was 2. 422 1,2. 811 6 g/h respectively, and compared with the practical hydrogen consumption, the error rately. was 4.64% ,4.04% separately.
