摘 要:目的探讨利用双源螺旋CT新技术在患儿鼻咽部CT检查时降低管电流对图像质量的影响,并就可行性进行评估。方法选取患儿鼻咽部CT扫描100例,随机分为常规剂量组(50例)和小剂量组(50例)。记录容积CT剂量指数(CTDIvol)和平均剂量长度乘积(DLP)。在横断位图片上测取眼球晶状体和腺样体部位的噪声标准差(SD),对图像噪声进行评价,并进行统计学处理。结果常规剂量组和小剂量组的CTDIvol分别为(4.685±1.610)m Gy和(1.929±0.356)m Gy,DLP分别为(58.17±20.35)m Gy·cm和(24.47±8.62)m Gy·cm。两组可满足临床诊断要求的图像的比例差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患儿鼻咽部CT检查时运用双源CT新技术小剂量扫描,既能减少辐射剂量又能保证图像质量,完全能够满足临床诊断需求。Objective To explore the effect of reducing the tube current on the images quality in nasopharyngeal CT for children by DSCT. Methods Randomly selected from a CT scan,100 cases of nose pharynx ministry,children,divided into conventional dose groups 50 cases and low-dose group of 50 cases.Record volume CT dose index(CTDIvol) and average dose length product(DLP).In cross sectional image acquisition on the eye lens and adenoid body parts of the noise standard deviation(SD),and evaluate the image quality,and carry on statistics processing. Results CTDIvol of regular dose group and low-dose group were 4.68 m Gy and 1.93 m Gy,DLP 58.17 m Gy·cm and 24.47 m Gy·cm,respectively.Each group can meet the requirements of clinical diagnosis in proportion to the image of the there was no statistically significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion The CTDIvol and DLP of low-dose CT scanning decreased about 40%,so children nasopharyngeal CT examination should be adopted when the low-dose scanning techniques,both can reduce the radiation dose and can ensure the quality of the image,fully able to meet the demand of clinical diagnosis.
