摘　　要：曾国藩档案编纂成果自其逝世后两年便已出版,曾氏档案编纂工作历经百余年,出现了一些高质量的汇编成果,包括全集类、专题类、选编类和增补类。编纂过程中主要遵循按类编排的编纂体例,保证收录文献资料的广泛性,规范编纂格式,并配以内容翔实的辅文。编纂特点上表现在编纂主体的地域集中性,编纂过程的阶段性和整体的编纂成果水平不一三方面。The compiled Zeng Guofan＇s archives have been published two years since his death. Over the past century, Zeng＇s archival compilation has produced a number of high-quality compilation results, including the complete collection, the special category, the selection and the supplement. Its compilation process is in accordance with the main types of compilation, to ensure the extensiveness of literature and standard compiling format, accompanied by informative text. The characteristics of compilation are shown in the regional concentration of the compiling subject, the stages of compilation process and the different levels of the overall compilation results.
