三七散配合当归活血合剂治疗小儿髋关节滑膜炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨三七散外敷配合当归活血合剂口服治疗小儿髋关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例小儿髋关节滑膜炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。2组患者均适当制动,病情较严重者皮肤牵引,绝对卧床休息。对照组给予常规布洛芬口服,治疗组给予三七散外敷及当归活血合剂口服。观察2组临床疗效。结果:治疗组显效25例,有效2例,无效3例,总有效率为90.00%;对照组显效18例,有效5例,无效7例,总有效率为76.67%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗期间均未发现不良反应。结论:三七散外敷配合当归活血合剂口服治疗小儿髋关节滑膜炎疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Sanqi San （三七散 ） combined with Danggui Huoxue Heji （ 当归活血合剂 ） in the treatment of pediatric hip joint synovitis.Methods：Sixty cases of children with hip joint synovitis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each.Patients in the two groups were required appropriate braking,skin traction （ for more serious ones ） and absolute bed rest. The control group was orally given ibuprofen,while the treatment group was treated with Sanqi San combined with Danggui Huoxue Heji,observing their clinical efficacy.Results：In the treatment group,25 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective,and 3 cases were invalid,the total effective rate being 90.00%,while in the control group,18 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,and 7 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate being 76.67%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） .No adverse reactions were found in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion：Sanqi San combined with Danggui Huoxue Heji is effective in the treatment of hip synovitis in children,worthy of clinical application.
