摘　　要：目的探讨贮存式自身输血(PABD)在全髋关节置换术(THA)中的应用价值。方法将259例行THA的患者随机分为试验组(130例)和对照组(129例),分别进行PABD和异体血输注,比较输注前后患者的血液学指标。结果进行PABD前试验组和对照组的白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血细胞比容(HCT)和血小板计数(PLT)比较,差异无统计学意义;回输后两组血液学指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的术后引流量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PABD的国内应用十分需要,效果显著,临床应大力推广。Objective To explore the application value of preoperative autologous blood donation（ PABD） in total hip arthroplasty（ THA）. Methods 259 patients implementate THA were randomly divided into two groups,PABD and allogeneic blood transfusion. statistical analysis of patients before blood donation and after donation. Results There was no significant difference in RBC,Hb,HCT,PLT and WBC between the two groups. But there were differences after donation. The postoperative Liquid volume of drainage was significantly less in the experimental group than the control group. Conclusion PABD is need and its effect is obvious,the clinical should be promoted widely.
