消癖方治疗乳腺增生患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察消癖方治疗乳腺增生患者的临床疗效。方法选取2015年10月至2016年1月到乳腺外科就诊的乳腺增生患者120例为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分成试验组与对照组,每组60例。对照组采用口服枸橼酸他莫昔芬治疗,试验组采用消癖方治疗,治疗3个月后,对比两组治疗前后卵泡期血液中激素(雌二醇、孕酮)水平变化。结果试验组总有效率为96.7%,高于对照组的85.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,卵泡期雌二醇水平较治疗前下降明显,且试验组在治疗后比对照组在治疗后下降更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),卵泡期孕酮水平变化均不明显(P>0.05)。结论消癖方治疗乳腺增生患者临床疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaopi Recipe in patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods Selecting from October 2015 to January 2016 breast surgery in our hospital 120 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were as the research object,the random number table method,divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group,the control group was treated with oral tamoxifen,observation group by fire addiction treatment,3 months after treatment,compared two groups of patients before and after follicular phase serum hormone（ E2,P） level changes.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 85. 0% and the control group was 96. 7%,the difference was statisticaly significant（ P〈0. 05）. After 3 months treatment,the follicular phase E2 levels were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group after treatment than in the control group after the treatment decreased more significantly,the difference was statisticaly significant（ P〈0. 05）. P levels were not significantly changed during the follicular phase（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The effects of the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia virus is remarkable.
