经十二指肠镜胆管支架置入术患者的优质护理效果

摘　　要：目的观察经十二指肠镜胆管支架置入术患者的优质护理效果。方法选取2014年12月至2015年12月收治的经十二指肠镜胆管支架置入术患者184例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各92例。观察组采用高质量护理,以经十二指肠镜胆管支架置入术作为核心内容,护理全程选用人性化、专业化程度较高的护理服务;对照组采用常规护理。比较两组护理认可度及并发症发生率。结果观察组认可度为95.65%,对照组认可度为82.61%,患者对优质护理的认可度高于常规护理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为8.70%,对照组并发症发生率为34.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对经十二指肠镜胆管支架置入术患者提供临床优质护理,可在增强患者对临床护理认可度的基础上,降低患者并发症的概率,提升临床效果。Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of endoscopic biliary stent implantation. Methods In our hospital from December 2014—2015 year in December 184 cases of patients were treated by endoscopic biliary stenting in our hospital during December 2014—2015 December were treated by endoscopic biliary stenting in patients with a total of 184 cases,the object of study,to provide high quality nursing plan for quality nursing care of patients,with endoscopic biliary stent implantation as the core content,nursing course selection of humanity,a higher degree of specialization; provide routine nursing scheme for patients with routine nursing group. Results The clinical nursing quality approval degree is 95. 65%,degree of recognition of clinical nursing for 82. 61%patients,recognition of quality nursing care than the conventional nursing（ P = 0. 0445）,the difference has statistical utility. The complications of high quality nursing group probability was 8. 70%,complications of routine nursing group probability was 34. 78%,（ P〈0. 05）,the difference has statistical utility. Conclusions The clinical nursing quality by patients with endoscopic biliary stenting in patients,enhance the recognition of the extent of clinical nursing on reducing the probability of complications,improve the clinical effect.
