摘　　要：目的分析电视胸腔镜下胸外科手术的临床护理配合效果。方法将2015年1月至2016年1月接受电视胸腔镜下胸外科手术的患者100例随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组采用整体化护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组的卧床时间、引流量、不良反应发生率、护理满意评分、胸管留置时间及VAS评分。结果观察组卧床时间为(20.5±5.2)h,引流量为(148.2±19.5)ml,对照组卧床时间为(31.2±2.8)h,引流量为(167.4±18.3)ml,观察组卧床时间、引流量、不良反应发生率及VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护理满意评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在电视胸腔镜下胸外科手术患者治疗中采用有效的临床护理配合,能够提升治疗效果,缩短患者卧床时间,患者手术过程中的疼痛程度有效减轻,不良反应发生率降低,患者对于护理的满意度提高,可以在临床上进行推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing cooperation in the operation of Department of thoracic surgery under video assisted thoracic surgery. Methods 100 cases with thoracic surgery from Jan. 2015 to Jan. 2016 in our hospital received video- assisted thoracoscopic surgery were randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group of 50 cases used holistic nursing care,the control group（ 50 cases） treated by routine nursing,time of lying in bed for two groups of patients,drainage,adverse reactions occur rate and nursing satisfaction score,chest tube indwelling time and VAS pain scores were compared. Results Bed rest of study group（ 20. 5 ± 5. 2） h,drainage volume was（ 148. 2 ± 19. 5） ml,for the control group（ 31. 2 ±2. 8） h,drainage volume was（ 167. 4 ± 18. 3） ml,bed rest of study group,drainage,adverse reactions occur rate and the VAS pain score was significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference is statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,nursing satisfaction score of study group were significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Clinical care and effective measures are used for video-assisted thoracic surgery patients,with the holistic nursing can effectively achieve treatment effect,shortened the time patients stay in bed,the pain degree of patients effectively reduce,adverse reactions occur probability can be reduced,patients＇ satisfaction with nursing increase can be popularized and applied in clinic.
