摘　　要：①目的探讨利拉鲁肽对2型糖尿病肥胖患者胰岛素水平及N-末端B型利钠肽原(NTproBNP)的影响。②方法选取内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病肥胖患者38例,应用利拉鲁肽1.8mg皮下注射,1次/d,测量患者体质量、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),NT-proBNP,计算胰岛素抵抗指数,3个月复查上述指标。③结果治疗后,患者体质量指数(BMI)、空腹血糖、HbA1c及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)明显下降,NT-proBNP明显升高。④结论短期应用利拉鲁肽能够降低2型糖尿病肥胖患者的体质量,改善胰岛素抵抗及增加患者NT-proBNP水平。Objective To explore the effect of liraglutide on the level of insulin and NT-proBNP in obese type 2 diabetic patients.Methods A total of 38 obese type 2 diabetic patients were included in this clinical study.The patients were subcutaneously injected with liraglutide 1.8rag once daily.Weight, fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin, HbAlc, NT-proBNP, and insulin resistance index were measured. After 3 months therapy, all of the parameters were measured again. Results Liraglutide treatment caused significant reduction of the body mass index,fasting blood glucose, HbAlc and HOMA-IR,but the level NT-proBNP was significantly increased.Conclusion Short term application of liraglutide sig- nificantly reduces weight, improve insulin resistance and increase the level of NT-proBNP in obese type 2 diabetic patients.
