摘 要:为了降低柴油机的排放与噪声,以满足日益严格的排放法规,针对大连机车厂开发的16V240ZJB型柴油机,在原单弹簧喷油器的基础上,设计出一款适用的双弹簧喷油器,并运用发动机专业分析软件GT-SUITE建立燃油喷射系统和气缸燃烧模型,对16V240ZJB型柴油机单双弹簧喷油器进行仿真计算,对比分析单双弹簧喷油器的特性曲线。In order to reduce emissions and noise of diesel engine to meet the increasingly stringent emission regulations, 16V2dOZJB diesel engine was developed by Dalian Locomotive Factory. A suitable two-spring injector was designed based on the Prada spring injector, and an injection system and a cylinder combustion model were established with GT-SUITE, a profes- sional engine analysis software. Simulation calculation was carried out to single spring injector and double spring injector for 16V2d0ZJB diesel engine and the characteristic curve of single and double spring injectors were compared and analyzed.
