摘　　要：针对应用EPSc(管柱式电动助力转向)技术的车辆,在颠簸路面行驶时容易能够听到来自于转向系统发出的异响,力图说明异响发生的机理,并对可能发生异响的部位从结构、性能指标、工艺过程等方面进行分析。More and more cars are equipped with EPSc system and the disturbing noise from the steering system is easy to be heard when cars are driving on bad condition roads. This article tries to describe the rooting cause of the noise and analyze the possible parts that might cause obvious noise in the aspects of structure, performanee index and process.
