摘 要:研究了环保型钾盐快速镀锌工艺,并探讨了镀液组成与工艺参数对镀液及镀层性能的影响。结果表明:镀液组成与工艺参数的改变都对镀液性能有一定影响;采用水溶性的柔软剂和光亮剂,可以提高电流密度上限,得到结晶细致且光亮的镀层。Eco-friendly fast zinc-electroplating in potassium salts was studied, and the influences of plating solution compositions and process parameters on the properties of plating solution and the quality of coating were investigated. Results showed that plating solution compositions and process parameters have some influence on the properties of plating solution. Using water-soluble softener and brighter can increase the limited current density, and a bright and compact zinc coating can be obtained.
