摘 要:向锌锰系磷化液中添加发黑物质硫酸铜和钼酸钠得到一步法钢铁黑色磷化液,并对一步法黑色磷化膜的性能进行了研究。结果表明:一步法黑色磷化膜由一系列大小不同的晶体组成,在晶体连接处存在细小裂缝,膜厚约为50μm,主要含有Cu、Fe、Ni、Mo等元素,与钢铁基体结合良好。钢铁基体经一步法黑色磷化后,自腐蚀电位提高约250mV,自腐蚀电流密度下降3个数量级。一步法黑色磷化膜的膜电阻是两步法黑色磷化膜的5倍左右。One-step steel black phosphating liquid was obtained through adding black material (copper sulfate and sodium molybdate) into the zinc manganese series phosphating solution. The performances of one-step black phosphating film were studied. Results showed that the one-step black phosphating film which consisted of a series of different size of crystals was about 50 μm in thickness. The one-step black phosphating film containing Cu, Fe, Ni, Mo and other elements, adhere well to the steel substrate. Through one-step black phosphating, the self-corrosion potential increased about 250 mV, and the self-corrosion current density decreased by 3 orders of magnitude. The membrane resistance of one-step black phosphating membrane was about five times as that of two-step black phosphating film.
