摘 要:设计了能够智能监控电镀参数的监控系统。介绍了监控系统的结构,阐述了电镀电压、镀液温度、镀液pH值和镀液液位等主要电镀参数的监控原理。监控系统通过实时采集信号,同时自动调节控制程序,并配合外部执行机构,实现对电镀参数智能监控。An intelligent system, which can realize intelligent monitoring and controlling of electroplating parameters, was designed. The structure of monitoring and controlling system was introduced, and the monitoring or controlling principle of main electroplating parameters, like electroplating voltage, bath temperature, bath pH value and bath liquid level, was elaborated. Through gathering signals in time and regulating control program automatically, and cooperating with external actuator, this monitoring and controlling system can realize intelligent monitoring and controlling of electroplating parameters.
