维吾尔医药治疗82例异常黏液质型类风湿性关节炎伴膝关节骨质增生临床观察

摘　　要：目的:82例异常黏液质型类风湿性关节炎伴膝关节骨质增生患者通过成熟剂、清除剂调节病人气质、抗炎、增加免疫力、恢复关节运动等,还有通过相关成药、外敷(紫马特)疗法、抹药、热敷等疗法治疗患者。结果:治疗后临床疗效总有效率83.5%。结论:通过成熟剂、清除剂治疗异常黏液质型类风湿性关节炎伴膝关节骨质增生患者疗效显著,减少患者的关节炎引起的疼痛、提高生活质量;临床效果显著、安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To discuss the clinical efficacy of Munziq Musil in treating 82 Cases caused by the abnormal Balham Hlit rheumatoid arthritis with knee joint bone hyperplasia. Method： 82 cases caused by the abnormal Balham Hlit Patients used Munziq and Musil、adjust patient temperament,anti- inflammatory,increase immunity,restore joint movement,etc. And through the relevant medicine and external treatment zimat therapy,wipe medicine,such as heat therapy to treat patients. To look at the group of treatment effect. Result： After treatment,the treatment group a in clinical effect was 83. 5%,it is have good curative effect. Conclusion： On the basis of conventional Uyghur traditional medicine therapies can reduce pain of the rheumatoid arthritis and enhance the patient＇s quality of life. Clinical effect is remarkable,high security,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
