摘　　要：《蒙医金匮》是蒙医学三大经典著作之一,该书不仅在蒙医方剂学中占有重要地位,而且在蒙医临床治疗学、病因病机、传染病防治等方面都起到举足轻重的作用。特别是对传染病进行较为详细的论述已成为该书的一大鲜明特点。该书中除了强调预防传染病的重要性之外,首次提出了系统的预防传染病的具体措施,概括为:带药预防法、烟熏预防法、服药预防法、遮挡预防法、清洁预防法、消毒预防法、接种预防法等7种,这些措施不仅对当时广大蒙古地区及周边的传染病预防工作起到了积极的作用,更重要的是形成了以预防为主的诊治传染病理念,对其后蒙医温病学的发展起到了奠基和推动作用。Mongolian Medicine Jingui is one of the three masterpieces in Mongolian medicine. The book plays an important role in not only the pharmacology of traditional Mongolian medical formulae,but also fields such as Mongolian medical clinical therapeutics,etiology and pathogenesis,preventation of infectious diseases and so on.In particular,the comparatively detailed discussion about infectious diseases in the book has become its significant feature. Besides putting an emphasis on the importance of preventing infectious diseases,the book brought forward for the first time a systematic and specific methods to prevent infectious diseases,which can be summarized as preventation through carrying medicine,fumigation,preventation through taking medicine,preventation through shielding,cleasning,disinfection and vaccination. These methods not only played a positive role in preventing infectious diseases in the vast Mongolian area and its perimeters at that time,but more importantly formed the infectious disease diagnosis and treatment ideology giving priority to prevent,hence laid a foundation for and promoted later development of Mongolian medical science of epidemic febrile disease.
