摘　　要：假体植入术是乳腺癌患者术后进行乳房重建的主要选择,近年来,在欧美脱细胞真皮基质在假体植入术中已经得到广泛应用。本文主要就脱细胞基质的生物学特性、应用历史、种类、手术操作技术和术后并发症进行简要综述。Implant-based breast reconstruction is the most common choice in breast cancer patients.Recently,the acellular dermal matrix（ ADM） technique has been widely used in implant-based breast reconstruction in the western countries.This article briefly reviews the biological characteristics,history,types,surgical techniques,and postoperative complications of ADM.
