摘　　要：变应性支气管肺曲菌病是肺部真菌疾病中的主要疾病之一,在临床并不罕见,但其诊断较难,容易误诊漏诊,且治疗效果不稳定,本文总结了其诊断和治疗的新进展。Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis is one of major pulmonary fungal diseases.Although it is not a rare in clinical settings,the misdiagnosis rate is high and the treatment effectiveness remains unstable.This article reviews the recent advances in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
