摘  要:目的分析大连大学附属新华医院2012-2015年临床分离的常见细菌种类、分布及耐药情况。方法对培养鉴定的细菌种类和药敏情况进行分析。结果细菌培养标本阳性检出率平均为34.25%,表现逐年上升趋势;细菌标本来源主要以痰标本为主,平均占总标本量的52.75%,其次为尿液标本和血液标本,分泌物标本相对较少,但有上升趋势;四年中细菌分离情况显示常见细菌有6种,分别为大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌;耐药结果显示头孢哌酮/舒巴坦对上述前4种细菌的耐药率均小于10%,其中耐药性最高的为鲍曼不动杆菌。结论合理应用抗生素,可提高治疗效果,减少医院感染的发生。Objective To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of bacterial isolates within four years. Methods To analyze the species and drug resistance of the bacteria cultured and identificated in our hospital from 2012 to 2015. Results The detection rate showed a rising trend in the four years and was 34.25% on average. Sputum specimens were the main source of the isolates, accounting for 52.75% of the total specimens on average, followed by urine specimens and blood specimens. The isolates from secretion specimens were less, but showing a rising trend. The common bacterial separation results showed that there were six species of common bacteria, including E. coli, Klebsiella pneurnoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii, coagulase negative Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus aureus in our hospital for four years. The drug resistance results showed that the resistance rates of the former four kinds of bacteria to Sulbactam and Cefopera zone were less than 10%, and the highest drug resistance was Acinetobacter buumannii. Conclusion Reasonable use of antibiotics can improve the treatment effect and reduce the occurrence of hospital infection.
