外剥内扎术和TST加外剥内扎术在混合痔手术中的临床效果对比

摘　　要：目的研究外剥内扎术和TST加外扎内剥术在混合痔手术中的临床效果。方法选择我院300例环状混合痔患者,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组患者采取单纯性外剥内扎术,研究组患者采取TST加外扎内剥术。比较两组患者的手术情况、住院时间及复发率。结果两组手术时长、住院时间显示差异不明显(P>0.05)。研究组术后出血率为3.33%,明显低于对照组的10.67%(P<0.05);术后疼痛率为24.67%,明显低于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);复发率为3.33%,明显低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05)。结论 TST加外扎内剥术在混合痔手术中临床效果显著,能够显著改善患者的手术情况,降低术后复发率。Objective To study the effects of conventional operation and TST plus external excision and internal ligation on mixed hemorrhoid surgery. Methods Three hundred patients with mixed hemorrhoids in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group. The control group was treated with simple external excision and internal ligation, and the study group was treated with TST plus external excision and internal ligation. The operation situation, hospital stay and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the length of operation and hospital stays between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The postoperative bleeding rate in the study group was 3.33%, which was significantly lower than 10.67% in the control group （P〈0.05）; the recurrence rate was 3.33%, which was significantly lower than 16.67% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion TST combined with external excision and internal ligation has significant effect on mixed hemorrhoids, which can significantly improve the patients＂ surgery situation and reduce postoperative recurrence rate.
