摘　　要：目的分析CT应用于脊柱结核患者临床诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析我院收治的76例脊柱结核患者的临床资料,所有患者在临床诊断上均给予X线检查与CT检查,根据临床检查方式分为X线组与CT组,比较两组在临床诊断上的准确率。结果 76例脊柱结核患者中,X线检查确诊42例脊柱结核,临床诊断准确率为55.26%;CT检查确诊69例脊柱结核,临床诊断准确率为90.79%,CT组的临床诊断准确率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CT应用于脊柱结核患者临床诊断中的效果十分显著,有利于提升脊柱结核患者的早期诊断准确率,对于脊柱结核患者的临床治疗具有积极作用,值得在临床诊断工作中推广。Objective To analyze the value of CT in the diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis. Methods The chinical data of 76 cases of patients with spinal tuberculosis in our hospital were retrospective analyzed, all the patients were given X-ray examination and CT examination, and derided into X-ray group and CT group according to the clinical examination, the clinical diagnosis accurate rate between the two groups were compared. Results In 76 cases of patients with spinal tuberculosis, X-ray diagnosis showed 42 cases of patients with spinal tuberculosis, clinical diagnostic accuracy rate was 55.26%; CT examination confirmed 69 cases of patients with spinal tuberculosis and clinical diagnostic accuracy was 90.79%, the diagnostic accuracy of CT group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of CT in spinal tuberculosis patients with a clinical diagnosis is remarkable. CT is beneficial to improve the early diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis patients with accuracy and it has positive effect for the clinical treatment of patients, which is worth popularization in the clinical diagnosis.
