摘　　要：近几年随着超声技术不断改进,越来越多风湿科医生开始应用超声操作,超声在炎性关节病变诊疗中发挥重要作用。超声能够清晰显示肌肉骨骼结构,探查关节及周围软组织异常表现,发现局部存在的活动性炎症,应用广泛,本文主要综述超声影像技术在炎性关节病变诊疗中的应用进展。In recent years, with the continuous improvement of ultrasound technology, more and more rheumatologists begin to use ultrasound operation, and ultrasound plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory joint disease. Ultrasound can clearly show the musculoskeletal strueture, detect abnormalities of joint and surrounding soft tissue, and find the existence of local active inflammation, which is widely used. This paper reviews the progress of ultrasound in diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory arthritis.
