甲状腺功能减退性心脏病行曲美他嗪联合左甲状腺素钠对心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察甲状腺功能减退性心脏病行曲美他嗪联合左甲状腺素钠对心功能的影响。方法:资料选取甲状腺功能减退性心脏病患者96例,随机分为研究组与对照组;研究组48例予曲美他嗪联合左甲状腺素钠治疗,对照组48例予左甲状腺素治疗;观察治疗前后两组心功能、甲状腺功能及心肌功能相关指标水平。结果:治疗后研究组LVEF(52.45±4.89)%,LVEDD(43.57±2.09)mm,LVESD(38.65±2.42)mm,均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);且研究组TSH(23.07±8.21)m IU/L,FT3(1.68±1.10)pmol/L,FT4(3.94±1.75)pmol/L,均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组心肌功能显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺功能减退性心脏病行曲美他嗪联合左甲状腺素钠治疗,能够有效恢复患者心功能,具实际应用价值。Objective To observe the influence of trimetazidine binding levothyroxine sodium in hypothyroid cardiopathy on cardiac function. Method 96 cases of patients with hypothyroid cardiopathy were selected. They were randomly divided into the research group and the control group. 48 cases as the research group were given the trimetazidine binding levothyroxine sodium;while the other 48 cases as the control group were given the levothyroxine sodium. Then the related indexes of cardiac function,thyroid function and myocardial function of two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment,LVEF（52. 45 ± 4. 89） %,LVEDD（43. 57 ± 2. 09） mm,LVESD（38. 65 ± 2. 42） mm in the research group were apparently superior to that in the control group（P〈0. 05）; and TSH（23. 07 ± 8. 21） m IU/L,FT3（1. 68 ± 1. 10） pmol/L,FT4（3. 94 ± 1. 75）pmol/L in the research group were also superior to that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. Moreover,the cardiac function in the re-search group was clearly superior to that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Trimetazidine binding levothyroxine sodium in hypothyroid cardiopathy can recover patients ＇ cardiac function effectively,with practical application value.
