持续床旁血液净化治疗在危重症患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察持续床旁血液净化治疗在危重症患者中的应用效果。方法:随机选择重症医学科进行治疗的患者70例患者作为研究对象,所有患者均在对症治疗的同时给予持续床旁血液净化治疗。观察患者治疗前后血液中K+、Na+、Cl-等离子及肌酐、尿素氮水平并进行比较。结果:患者经过CBP治疗后,血液中K+、Na+、Cl-等离子及肌酐、尿素氮水平与治疗前相比均明显改善,治疗后达到(4.02±0.05)mmol/L、(138.14±0.72)mmol/L、(106.44±0.71)mmol/L、(176.64±120.55)mmol/L、(14.03±9.52)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:观察持续床旁血液净化治疗能够迅速、有效地改善患者血液中离子紊乱,从而对于危重症患者起到较好疗效。Objective To observe the effect of continuous bedside blood purification therapy in critically ill patients. Method70 cases of patients who were treated were randomly selected as the study subjects,all patients were given symptomatic treatment,while the treatment was given by continuous bedside blood purification therapy. Observe the blood in patients before and after treatment,Na^＋,Cl^-,K^＋plasma and creatinine,urea nitrogen levels and compared. Results Patients after CBP treatment,blood K^＋,Na^＋,Cl^-plasma and creatinine,urea nitrogen levels were significantly improved compared with before treatment,after treatment（4. 02 ± 0. 05） mmol/L,（138. 14 ± 0. 72） mmol/L,（106. 44 ± 0. 71） mmol/L,（176. 64 ± 120. 55） mmol/L（14. 03 ±9. 52） mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The observation of continuous bedside blood purification therapy can quickly and effectively improve the blood ion disorder in patients,so as to play a good therapeutic effect for the critically ill patients.
