摘 要:目的:探究动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵在普外科围手术期糖尿病患者的应用及护理,分析对血糖控制及术后并发症发生的影响。方法:将普外科收治的200例需进行手术的合并糖尿病患者随机分为对照组与干预组,对照组100例实施指尖血糖监测仪监测血糖,每天10次且多次注射胰岛素治疗,干预组100例采用动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵的治疗模式。结果:干预组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、术前血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生次数、入院时间及术后并发症发生率等临床指标明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵治疗可有效控制围手术期糖尿病患者血糖,全面系统的监测血糖减少低血糖的发生,同时降低术后并发症,减少了护士的工作量,提高了护理人员的效率,节约了医疗成本,有较高的临床价值。Objective To explore the continuous glucose monitoring and insulin pumps in patients undergoing general surgery and surgical care affect the application of the blood glucose control and postoperative complications. Method 200 cases of general surgery were randomly divided into control group and the intervention group,and the control group of 100 Example fingertip blood glucose monitor daily monitoring of blood glucose and 10 times multiple injections insulin therapy,intervention group of 100 cases with glucose monitoring and insulin pump double-C treatment modalities. Results Intervention group preoperative it was observed in patients with fasting plasma glucose(FPG),two-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),blood glucose time,insulin dosage,hypoglycemia clinical index number,date of admission and postoperative complication rate was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Glucose monitoring and insulin pump therapy can effectively control perioperative blood glucose,blood glucose monitoring system to reduce overall incidence of hypoglycemia and reduce postoperative complications,reducing the workload of nurses,the nursing staff to improve efficiency,saving medical costs,there is a high clinical value.
