摘  要:为研究东京野茉莉光合生理特性,在自然条件下采用LI—6400光合仪对其光合生理日进程进行了测定。结果表明:5月晴天东京野茉莉净光合速率日进程变化曲线为双峰型,存在"午休"现象,温度和光合有效辐射的持续升高是导致"午休"现象的主要原因;蒸腾速率日变化与气孔导度的趋势基本相同,均呈双峰型;大气CO2浓度日变化对净光合速率影响不大;气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度的日进程基本与光合速率日变化相同。In order to study the photosynthetic physiological characteristics of Styrax tonkinensis, using LI - 6400 photosynthesis system under natural conditions by the process of photosynthesis physiological day. The results show that in the May sunny wild jasmine diurnal Variation curve of bimodal process, there is a " lunch break" phenomenon, photosynthetically active radiation and temperature continues to rise is leading to " midday depression" the main reason of S. tonkinensis. Diurnal variation of transpiration rate and stomatal conductance trend is basically the same, showed a bimodal. Changes in atmospheric CO2 concentration has little effect on net photosynthetic rate. The same' diurnal stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration of substantially diurnal variation.
