摘  要:目的:通过实验探讨可乐球运动对老年人平衡能力的影响,为促进平衡,预防跌倒提供新的方法。方法:采用实验法为主要研究方法,将玉林市银泽庄的50位60~69岁的老年人随机分为两组,实验组进行为期24周的可乐球锻炼,对照组只是保持正常生活。分别在0周(试验前)、8周、16周、24周测试闭眼单腿站立、平衡木行走、改良wolfson测试指标,观察两组各平衡能力的改变情况。结果:对照组各平衡能力无显著变化(P〉0.05);实验组各平衡能力在8~16周出现显著增长(P〈0.05),8周前和16周后与前一阶段相比无显著变化(P〉0.05)。结论:适宜负荷的可乐球运动能有效提高老年人的各种平衡能力,其最佳时间为8~16周;可乐球运动简单易学,能有效提高老年人平衡和防跌倒能力,值得推广。Objective: To explore the influence of the Coke ball movement on the balance ability of the elderly,and to provide a new method to promote balance and prevent falls. Method:With the experimental method as the main research methods,50 old people aged 60- 69 years were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group for a period of 24 weeks of Cola ball exercise,control group just keeps normal life. Respectively at week 0( before the test),8weeks,16 weeks,24 weeks test with eyes closed,single leg standing,walking on a balance beam,improved Wolfson test indicators observed changes in two groups of balance ability.Results: control group the balance ability had no significant change( P 〉 0. 05); experimental group the balance ability in 8- 16 weeks increased significantly( P 〈 0. 05) and 8 weeks before and after 16 weeks and the previous stage compared no significant change( P 〉 0. 05).Conclusion: the appropriate load Cola ball movement can effectively improve the balance ability of the elderly,the best time for 8- 16 weeks; Coke ball movement is simple and easy to learn,and it can effectively improve the elderly people’s balance and fall prevention ability.
