摘 要:目的:在确定金银花、连翘及其不同比例配伍下抗多药耐药性的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MDRMRSA)的总活性部位基础上,探讨金银花、连翘配伍后与单味药在抗MDR-MRSA的最优活性组分上的区别及意义。方法:将单味药及配伍后所得的总活性部位经大孔树脂柱色谱,分别用水和不同比例乙醇进行洗脱,将各洗脱部位采用微量稀释法进行体外抗菌实验,确定抗MDR-MRSA最优活性组分。结果:金银花抗MDR-MRSA的最优活性组分为40%乙醇洗脱部位,MIC(Minimal inhibitory concentration)为25.081 mg/m L,连翘抗MDR-MRSA的最优活性组分为30%乙醇洗脱部位,MIC为0.785 mg/m L,MBC(Minimal bactericidal concentration)为0.785 mg/m L。金银花和连翘配伍使用后抗MDR-MRSA的最优活性组分25%乙醇洗脱部位,MIC为0.783 mg/m L,MBC为0.783 mg/m L。结论:连翘抗MDR-MRSA的活性优于金银花,但二者配伍使用的作用略优于单味药。Objective:On the basis of determining total active component of anti-MDR-MRSA of honeysuckle,Forsythia and different combinations,discusses honeysuckle and Forsythia compatibility with single herb distinction and significance of the anti-MDR-MRSA optimal active ingredient. Methods:The total active component of anti-MDR-MRSA was eluted with different proportions of water and ethanol by macroporous resin column chromatography. Each elution fraction was carried out in vitro antibacterial experiment by using micro-dilution method to determine the anti-MDR-MRSA optimal active ingredient. Results:Honeysuckle anti-MDR-MRSA optimal active component was 40% ethanol elution fraction. Its MIC was 25.081 mg/m L. Forsythia anti-MDR-MRSA optimal active component was 30% ethanol elution fraction. Its MIC was 0.785 mg/m L,MBC was 0.785 mg/m L. After honeysuckle and Forsythia compatibility,its anti-MDR-MRSA optimal active component was 25% ethanol parts. Its MIC was 0.783 mg/m L,MBC was 0.783 mg/m L. Conclusion:The activity of Forsythiain anti MDR-MRSA was better than that of honeysuckle,but the compatibility is slightly better than the single drug.
