针刺操作细节对针刺临床疗效评价客观性影响分析——以四大顶级医学杂志近10年发表的针灸临床试验论文为例

摘　　要：以"acupuncture"为主题词及自由词在Pub Med数据库对《New England Journal of Medicine》《The Journal of the American Medical Association》《The Lancet》和《British Medicine Journal》进行检索。检索范围从2005年1月—2015年9月,纳入针灸临床试验,对针刺干预手段进行提取并按照"针刺临床试验干预措施报告标准"(Standards of Reporting Interventions in Clinical Trials of Acupuncture,STRICTA)对其针刺细节进行分析。结果表明,即使在高影响因子医学杂志上发表的针灸临床试验文献报告,在针刺细节方面仍然存在诸多不足,这将在一定程度上影响针刺临床疗效评价的客观性,也将直接影响到针刺疗法的国际评价和推广运用。A Pub Med search is carried out using the key word＂acupuncture＂from the top four journals：New England Journal of Medicine（NEJM）,The Journal of American Medical Association（JAMA）,The Lancet and British Medical Journal（BMJ）. The papers with full texts on randomized controlled trials are included from January of 2005 to Spetember of 2015 and the corresponding acupuncture interventions in these papers are extracted and analyzed according to＂standards of reporting interventions in clinical trials of acupuncture＂（STRICTA）. The results reveal that there are lots of defects in the respect of needling details even in the papers published in high impact factors medical journals. These defects would influence the objectivity of evaluation of clinical therapeutic effect,and directly affect international evaluation and promotion of acupuncture.
