摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)属于肺系疾病中一种常见病、多发病。该文通过检索近十多年来中医药关于COPD的相关性文献,较为全面反映了近年来中医药在COPD病因病机、治疗机制、治则治法方面的研究概况,为更进一步深入研究和广泛应用中医药防治COPD具有一定的借鉴意义。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）is a common disease in the lung disease. Through nearly 10 years of TCM on COPD related literature retrieval,this article summarizes the COPD of Chinese medicine etiology and pathogenesis,treatment mechanism,treatment principles. It has a certain reference significance for in-depth study and extensive application of TCM in prevention and treatment of COPD.
