摘　　要：急性肺损伤(ALI)/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是指由心源性以外的各种肺内外致病因素导致的急性、低氧性呼吸功能不全或衰竭,是临床常见危重症,发病率和病死率高。近年来中药治疗ALI/ARDS的临床研究及动物实验不断深入,并取得一定成果。该文对各类中药制剂治疗ALI/ARDS的作用机制及治疗效果进行综述,为中药治疗ALI/ARDS提供理论依据及临床思路。Acute lung injury（ALI）/Acute respiratory distress syndrome（ARDS）is acute respiratory insufficiency or function failure whith is caused by non cardiogenic and pulmonary internal and external pathogenic factors.ALI/ARDS is a common clinical critical disease,morbidity and mortality is high. In recent years,clinical studies and animal experiments of ALI/ARDS treatment of traditional Chinese medicine continued to deepen,and achieved certain results. This article reviews the mechanism and therapeutic effect of various kinds of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ALI/ARDS,and provides theoretical basis and clinical thinking for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ALI/ARDS.
