针刺配合烫熨治疗小儿寒邪犯胃型呕吐临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺配合烫熨治疗小儿寒邪犯胃型呕吐临床疗效。方法:126例患者随机分成3组,针刺组42例,单纯针刺治疗;烫熨组42例,以单纯烫熨治疗;针刺烫熨组42例,针刺配合烫熨治疗。结果:针刺配合烫熨治疗小儿寒邪犯胃型呕吐,在减轻症状、改善机体状态等方面,确有较好疗效。针刺配合烫熨有效率可达100%,与单纯针刺组及单纯熨烫组差异均有高度显著性(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合烫熨治疗小儿寒邪犯胃型呕吐可改善机体状态,促进病情向愈,有较好的疗效,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effctiveness of acupuncture and topical application of heated drugs on treating children vomiting of cold evil invading the stomach type. Methods：126 children were assigned equally to three groups（acupuncture group,heated drugs group,acupuncture with heated drugs group）,42 children on each group. The clincal effectiveness were observed. Results：After treatment,it had good curative effect at alleviating symptoms,improving the state of the body,etc. with acupuncture and topical application of heated drugs in synergetic treating children vomiting of cold evil invading the stomach type. At the same time,the cure effective rate of acupuncture and topical application of heated drugs in synergetic treating was 100%. It was more significant than the acupuncture and the heated drugs group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture and topical application of heated drugs in synergetic treating children vomiting of cold evil invading the stomach type can improve symptoms and external therapy,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
