摘　　要：长期以来,为切实缓解警力不足问题,公安机关一直聘用辅警充实到各项公安工作中。辅警对提高警务效率,维护社会治安和打击违法犯罪起到了积极作用。目前,这支队伍在逐年壮大,但在对其使用和管理中也暴露出许多问题,而至今在国家层面上尚未有一部完整的法律法规对辅警进行明确的规范。因此,有必要加强辅警立法,明确其法律地位、职责权限、权利保障等相关内容,并完善相关配套制度,使辅警队伍走上规范化建设的道路。For a long time, in order to effectively alleviate the shortage of police, the public security organs have been employed the assistant police to enrich the public security work. The assistant police plays a positive role in improving the efficiency of police affairs, maintaining social order and fighting against crime. At present, this team is growing year by year, but in the use and management of it has also exposed many problems, and so far there has not been a complete law and regulations on the national level to carry out a clear specification of the assistant police. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the assistant police legislation, clear its legal status, responsibilities and rights, rights protection and other content, and improve the relevant supporting system, so that the assistant police force on the road of standardized construction.
