浅谈我国警察职业教育

摘　　要：警察职业教育是影响我国警察职业化发展的重要因素之一,本文通过研究与分析我国警察职业教育现状,提出要在我国建立现代警察制度,实现我国警察职业化,要明确现代警察职业教育的思想内涵和重要意义,确立和完善警察职业教育体系,重视警察的职业教育,以培养高水平执法工作能力的警务人才为目标,加强公安院校区域协作的我国警察职业教育发展对策。Police vocational education is one of the important factors that influence the professional development of police in our country. Through researching and analyzing the current situation of police vocational education in China, this paper proposes to establish modern police system and realize the professionalization of police in our country, to strengthen and perfect the police vocational education system, to attach importance to the police vocational education, to train high level law enforcement work ability police personnel as the goal, and to strengthen the public security colleges and universities regional cooperation of our police vocational education development countermeasure.
