摘 要:通过分析水利工程运行初期各结构的工作性态,能对其设计水平和施工质量进行客观的评价,也有益于提高大坝的运行管理水平。以麒麟寺水电站为例,归纳总结了运行初期常见的问题,并提出了相应的对策。通过对麒麟寺水电站运行初期的大坝安全监测资料进行分析,并结合现场检查成果,总结出了水电站运行初期在六个方面存在的问题,并对这些问题提出了解决和处理的方案,可为类似工程提供借鉴。By analyzing each structure’s working behavior in initial operation, an objective assessment of design level and construction quality of a hydraulic project can be made, which can also improve the operation management. In this paper, a medium-sized hydraulic project, Qilinsi hydropower station, is taken as an example to summarize some common problems occurred in initial operation period of small and medium-sized hydraulic projects, and some countermeasures to these problems are proposed. Based on the analysis of dam safety monitoring data of Qilinsi hydropower station in initial operation period,and combined with the dam site inspection results, problems in six different aspects are summarized,and treatment measure to solve these problems are proposed, worthy reference.
