基于《伤寒论》寒热并用攻补兼施组方探讨类风湿关节炎的临证施治

摘　　要：《伤寒论》中寒热并用、攻补兼施组方之法主要涉及到,寒热并用,扶正祛邪,和解少阳;寒热错杂,泄热温阳,治痞安蛔;上热下寒,清上温下,止利止呕;热伤气阴,滋阴清热,护胃存津;真寒假热,回阳佐寒,以防格拒。基于该组方之法,总结出类风湿关节炎的基本病因病机为本虚标实、寒热错杂、痰瘀痹阻,并进行拓展应用。The formulae composing trait of in combination of cold -heat and tonification -purgation in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases include cold and heat drugs and strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogens, har- monizing Shaoyaug; simuhaneous occurrence of cold and heat, purging heat and warming Yang and treatment of disease with abdominal distension;upper heat and lower cold, clearing upper heat and warming lower cold and preventing dysen- tery and vomiting; heat damaging qi and Yin, nourishing Yin and clearing heat and protecting the stomach fluid;cold syndrome with pseudo -heat symptoms, restoring Yang and assisting system cold and preventing expulsion. Based on this method of formula composing, basic etiology and pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat, phlegm and blood stasis.
