摘 要:目的:识别双黄连注射剂国内研究的热点及热点的演变趋势。方法:检索中国期刊论文全文数据库,运用文献计量可视化软件Cite Space,绘制了1992年—2015年双黄连注射剂期刊文献的关键词图谱,在此基础上,探讨了共现关键词网络结构特征、主要聚类、类标签命名及代表性关键词。结果:双黄连注射液关键词网络模块结构显著(Q=0.712 7),聚类结果的可信度较高(Mean Sihouette=0.671 7),主要聚类包括:生物热活性图谱(#0),瞳孔等大(#1),医院制剂室(#2),呼吸困难(#3),肠蠕动(#4),丹参粉针(#5),采用tf*idf算法命名聚类标签。从频次、突发性指标评估得到的代表性关键词有:双黄连粉针剂,双黄连注射剂,不良反应,绿原酸,黄芩苷,影响因素。结论:注射用双黄连的文献研究,探讨的主题集中在不良反应研究领域。结合目前中药注射剂不良反应发生率较高的现状和对网络突变性节点的定量分析结果,预测注射用双黄连不良反应的影响因素研究将是未来的新兴趋势。Objective. To identify the research interests of Shuanghuanglian (SHL) Injection and how they evolve over time and explore the tendency for the focuses of future studies. Method: CNKI ( China National Knowledge Infrastruc- ture) was comprehensively searched to retrieve associated articles, which, as the raw data ,were subsequently treated with CiteSpace,a Java-based biblio -metrical analysis instrument. Next,keywords of published SHL Injection articles (1992 to 2015) were visualized. And characteristic structures, essential clusters, cluster labels and representative keywords were quantified for further analysis. Result : The modules of the keywords of interest showed clear boundaries with a moderately high modularity score ( Q = 0. 712 7 ). Clusters with high confidence measures were generated ( Mean Sihouette = 0.6717 ) and the major clusters included: bio- heat activity fingerprint (#0), equal pupils (#1), drug preparation room of hospitals (#2) ,respiratory difficulty ( #3 ) ,peristalsis (#4) and Danshen Powder for injection ( #5 ). The cluster labels were generated by the algorithm of tf * idf. The representative keywords in the view of occurrence frequency and burstness were SHL Powder for injection, SHL Injection, adverse reaction, chlorogenic acid, baicalin and affecting factors. Conclusion : The majority of published SHL Injection articles focused on the drug' s adverse reactions. Combining with the high occurrence of adverse events relating to SHL Injection and the findings of node burstness analysis, a new trend that focuses on factors and/or components associating with SHLI Injection's side effects has been identified.
