摘 要:目的:提供一种既简单又方便的方法,来区分中药饮片芦根及其混淆品菰根,以确保两药的临床用药安全。方法:分别采集芦根和菰根两者的药材标本,进行性状和显微构造观察,对两者进行比较分析。结果:芦根及菰根在表面颜色、断面、内表面、气味等性状及横切面显微和粉末显微等方面都具有差异。结论:芦根及菰根在药材性状和显微构造等方面的特征,补充和完善了两者的鉴定指标,从而避免两者的混用、误用、代用,确保临床用药正确、安全、有效,同时也能够为其深入研究和临床用药提供理论依据。Objective: To provide a simple and convenient way to distinguish Chinese herbal medicine Phragmitis Rhizoma and its adulterants Zizania caduciflora root with pharmacognosy methods for analyzing the quality of the crude drug in the clinical applications. Methods:Pharmacognosy study on Phragmitis Rhizoma and Zizania eaducitlora root was carried out through plant collection, including character identification and microscopic characteristics identification. Results: There were significant differences between Phragmitis Rhizoma and Zizania caduciflora root in the characters including surface color ,fracture surface, the internal surface and odor and microscopy in regard of cross section and powder, etc. Conclusion: The pharmacognosy characteristics of both crude drugs can be used for identification on Phragmitis Rhizoma and Zizania caduciflora root that avoiding errors, ensure the proportion, safety and effectiveness in the clinical applications, and at the same time provide a theoretical basis on the depth study.
