摘　　要：目的:通过Meta分析系统评价中西医结合治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法:以"中西医结合"和"糖尿病足"为关键词,计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP),并手工检索相关文献,检索关于中西医结合治疗糖尿病足的疗效。检索年限为2012年1月—2015年8月,提取文献的相关原始数据,通过Meta分析中西医结合及西医治疗糖尿病足的有效率,采用敏感性分析评估结果的稳定性,用漏斗图评估文献的发表偏倚。结果:共检索中文文献389篇,根据纳入和排除标准,本次研究共纳入11篇文献,采用固定效应模型进行总效应值合并,合并OR(95%CI)5.10(3.22~8.06),提示中西医结合治疗糖尿病足优于单纯西医治疗(z=6.96,P<0.05),漏斗图显示左右基本对称,提示发表偏倚较小。结论:在治疗上,中西医结合优于单纯西医治疗,应鼓励临床医生采用中西结合治疗糖尿病足,充分发挥中西结合的优势。Objective：To systematic review the effect of Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment in diabetic foot. Methods： ＂ Integration of traditional and western medicine ＂ and ＂ diabetic foot ＂ were used as the keywords to search in ＂Chinese HowNet（CNKI） ＂ and ＂ VIP information ＂ to obtain relative literatures,and manual retrieval litera- ture, retrieval of combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of diabetic foot efficacy. The retrieval time was from August 2015 to January 2012. Data was extracted from those literatures ,and the efficiency of the treatment of diabetic foot was analyzed by meta, and the stability of the results was evaluated using sensitivity analysis. Results ： A total of 389 Chinese literature was found and 11 studies were included based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria with a random effects model, the total effect of the value of the merger was calculated, the combined OR （95 % CI）5.10 （3.22, 8.06）. Integration of traditional and western medicine treatment of diabetic foot was better than Western medicine treat- ment alone（Z = 6.96, P 〈 0.05）. Funnel figure shows around the basic symmetry, prompt publication bias is small. Conclusion：The combination foot is superior to single Western medicine treatment on diabetic foot, the clinical application of integration of traditional and western medicine should be encouraged. Give full play to the advantages of combining traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.
