摘　　要：高校思想政治教育工作队伍担负着开展思想政治教育工作的重大使命,关系到大学生的成人成才和学校各项事业的稳定发展。近几年高校思想政治教育工作队伍建设在不断完善的同时也存在着许多问题,权责混乱、职业观模糊、职业素养和能力不协调等都制约着队伍的协同发展。引入协同理论,结合协同效应、伺服原理、自组织原理,有助于探索高校思政队伍的优化建设路径。Ideological and political education teams in colleges and universities take on the important mission of ideological and political education,which contribute to the growing up of students and the steady development of the schools.In recent years,ideological and political education teams in colleges and universities have achieved great improvement,however,they are also facing some problems like confusing use of right and responsibility,vague professional consciousness and uncoordinated professional quality and ability,which have restricted the coordinated development of the teams.Therefore,this paper tries to introduce coordination theory,at the same time combining with cooperative effect,servo theory and self-organizing principle to explore optimizing paths to construct political education teams in colleges and universities.
