摘　　要：目的:探讨药学监护在药物治疗中的作用。方法:采用回顾分析法分析1例甲基强地松龙致肺念珠病患者的药物治疗过程中的药学监护。结果:患者在药物治疗过程中未发生药物不良反应、漏服、错服药物的情况下发生。结论:临床药师参与患者药物治疗过程,有助于提高合理用药水平,降低不良反应的发生率。Objective： To explore the role of pharmaceutical care in clinical medication. Methods： By retrospective analysis, l case of pharmaceutical care for clinical medication in pneumonomoniliasis patient induced by methylprednisolon was analyzed. Results： The patients during the drug treatment has not produced adverse drug reactions, missing or wrong dose of drug. Conclusion： Clinical pharmacists participating in the patients during drug treatment process, may improve the level of rational drug use and reduce, the incidence of adverse reactions.
