摘 要:目的:分析瑞舒发他汀致不良反应的特点及相关因素,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:检索国内外医药数据库,下载病例报告原文,统计病例报告中的相关数据,分析瑞舒发他汀致不良反应的相关因素,讨论其致不良反应的机制。结果:共检索到病例报告41例45例次不良反应,发现瑞舒发他汀致不良反应主要累及消化系统(肝损害)和神经肌肉系统(横纹肌溶解症);高龄患者和剂量过大与影响CPY450代谢酶的药物联用是其主要致ADRs的相关因素。结论:注意高龄患者的用药监测,尽量使用最低有效治疗剂量,避免与影响CYP450代谢酶的药物联用,是避免或减轻其ADRs的重要措施。Objective: To analyze the characteristics and related factors of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) induced by rosuvastatin, and to provide references for clinical safe drug use. Methods: To retrieve the domestic and foreign medical databases and download the original case reports, and to estimate the relevant data of the case reports, analyze the characteristics and related factors of adverse drug reactions induced by rosuvastatin, and to discuss the mechanismes of adverse drug reactions. Results: There were retrieve 38 case reports and 41 cases and 45 times of ADRs. We have found that ADRs induced by rosuvastatin mainly involves the digestive system (liver damage) and neuromuscular system (rhabdomyolysis). The main factors of ADRs of rosuvastatin including the older patients, excessive doses, and concomitant medications affecting CPY450 metabolism enzymes. Conclusion:The important measures to avoid or reduce the ADRs induced by rosuvastatin are that the aged patients should use the lowest effective dose, and pople's should avoid combining with the drugs metabolism by CYP450 isozymes.
