中药加味麻杏石甘汤对呼吸系统感染性疾病患者抗感染的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价中药加味麻杏石甘汤对呼吸系统感染性疾病患者的疗效。方法:选取2012年1月—2016年6月间收治的呼吸系统感染性疾病患者100例,将其随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组50例;对照组患者给予抗炎平喘药物常规治疗,治疗组患者均给予中药加味麻杏石甘汤治疗,评价两组患者治疗后的总有效率和咳嗽消失时间、发热消退时间、肺部啰音消失时间、肺部X线影象复常时间和白细胞计数复常时间。结果:治疗组患者治疗后的总有效率为98.00%高于对照组为84.0%(P<0.05);症状各体症(咳嗽消失时间、发热消退时间、肺部啰音消失时间、肺部X线影象复常时间和白细胞计数复常时间)的检测指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药加味麻杏石甘汤具有宣肺化饮、清热化痰作用,用于治疗呼吸系统感染性疾病患者,疗效较为显著,也可根据患者不同症状加减处方的组成和用量。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of anti-infection medication in patients with respiratory infectious diseases by using Maxingshigan decoction. Methods：Between January 2012 and June 2016, 100 patients with respiratory infectious diseases were selected and were randomly divided into control group and treatment group（50 cases in each group）. Anti-inflammatory antiasthmatic regular treatment was in control group and patients in treatment group were given taste Maxingshigan decoction combined with CTM; the evaluation before and after treatment was in both groups in following items total effective rate, fever and cough disappearing time fever fading away times lungs talcs disappearing time, lungs X-ray returned to normal time, normal white blood cell count time. Results： In treatment group the total effective rate was 98.00%, higher than the control group after treatment in patients with symptoms was 84.0% （P〈 0.05）, the body disease, cough, fever subsided disappearing time, lungs tales disappear time, lungs X-ray returned to normal time, normal white blood cell count time of the detection index is better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine flavored Maxingshigan decoction with releasing lungss drinks and hot phlegm effect, can be used in the treatment of patients with respiratory infectious disease and its curative effect is significant. It can also change according to the different symptoms in patients with addition or subtracting the prescription constituents and dosage.
