舒肝养血安神法治疗焦虑症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的整理养血舒肝安神法治疗广泛焦虑症病人的初诊处方,评价舒肝养血安神法治疗焦虑症的疗效、安全性和可行性。方法采用随机、双盲、平行对照研究,159例病人最终纳入研究,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组81例,对照组78例。治疗组给予舒肝养血安神法治疗,对照组给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片1片每日2次,疗程为42 d。在治疗前和治疗后7 d,14 d,28 d,42 d及治疗结束一个月后进行临床疗效,应用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA),Zung氏焦虑自评量表及症状自评量表对病情严重度评定。用副反应量表(TESS)检查评定安全性。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后治疗组与对照组中医临床疗效,汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分,Zung氏焦虑自评量表评分、症状自评量表评分比较差别无统计学意义;治疗后,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组,两组差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒肝养血安神法治疗广泛性焦虑障碍病人疗效确切,起效快,不良反应轻。Objective To evaluate the efficacy,safety and feasibility of soothing liver, nourishing blood and tranquilizing mind therapy （SLNBTMT） in the treatment of anxiety disorders.Methods One hundred and fifty - nine patients were eventually included in the study,and randomly divided into two groups： control group（ n = 78） treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablets, and treatment group（ n = 81）treated with SLNBTMT for 42 days.The clinical effect assessments were taken before treatment, 7 days, 14 days, 28 days, 42 days and one month after treatment.The disease severity was assessed by the Hamilton anxiety rating table （HAMA）, Zung Self- Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）, Symptom Checklist- 90 （SCL- 90）.Safety was assessed by using laboratory examination and the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS）.Results There was no statistically significance in the scores of HAMA,SAS,SCL- 90 between treatment group and control group before treatment.After treatments, the efficacy of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group（ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion SLNBTMT has better long - term efficacy and lighter adverse reaction,which is better than flupentixol and melitracen tablets.
