摘 要:水工混凝土裂缝发育深度一般较大,常规的超声波单面平测法、双面对测法和钻孔跨孔声波法等均存在一定的局限性。为提高无损检测水工混凝土裂缝深度的能力,以弹性波传播理论为基础,通过大量研究和试验提出了裂缝深度无损检测的能比衰减法。详细介绍了该方法的检测原理、设备、测线布置方案和数据采集、处理流程。结果表明,能比衰减法与跨孔声波法在针对某水电站大坝裂缝进行的对比试验中仅相差1.67%。The developing depth of hydraulic concrete cracks is generally larger,and there are some limitations in conventional detection methods,such as the method of ultrasonic wave in single flat,double-faced test,acoustic wave from drilling hole or cross-hole.In order to improve the ability of nondestructive testing of concrete crack depth,energy-attenuation method,based on the theory of elastic wave propagation and having passed through a large number of studies and tests,is put forward.This paper introduces the detection principle,equipment,the scheme of line layout and data collection,processing flow.It turns out that the energy-attenuation method only differs by 1.67 percent from cross-hole sonic method in the comparison test of dam cracks in a hydropower station.
